Welcome to Habit to Ritual, operated by RunArc Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Habit to Ritual mobile application (“App”).
By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Description of the Service
Habit to Ritual is a personal development application designed to help users build habits, track routines, complete challenges, and improve consistency over time.
The App provides tools for:
• habit and ritual tracking
• streak monitoring
• guided challenges
• personal productivity tasks
• behavioral reflection
The App is intended for personal use only.
2. Eligibility
You must:

• comply with applicable laws in your country.
If you are under the age of majority in your jurisdiction, you must use the App with permission from a parent or guardian.
3. User Accounts
You may optionally create an account using:
• Google Sign-In
• Apple Sign-In
You agree to:

• maintain control of your account
• notify us if you believe your account is compromised
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
• misuse or attempt to disrupt the App
• reverse engineer or copy the App
• exploit bugs or security vulnerabilities
• upload harmful or illegal content
• interfere with other users’ access
We reserve the right to restrict access if misuse occurs.
5. Data Ownership
You retain ownership of the habits, tasks, and personal information you create within the App.
You grant us a limited license solely to:
• operate the App
• store data locally or through optional sync services
• provide requested features
We do not claim ownership of your personal content.
6. Subscriptions and Payments
Habit to Ritual may offer PRO or premium features through subscriptions.
Payments
• Payments are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play.
• We do not store payment information.
Subscription Terms
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled.
• You may manage or cancel subscriptions through your app store account settings.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google according to their policies.
7. Account Deletion
You may delete your account at any time from within the App settings or by contacting support.
Account deletion will permanently remove associated synced data.
Local device data may remain until you uninstall the App.
8. Intellectual Property
All App content, design, branding, logos, and software are owned by RunArc Labs and protected by intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the App without written permission.
9. Availability of Service
We strive to keep the App available and functional but do not guarantee:
• uninterrupted service
• error-free operation
• permanent feature availability
Features may evolve, change, or be discontinued to improve the product.
10. Health and Personal Responsibility Disclaimer
Habit to Ritual provides productivity and habit-building tools only.
The App:
• is not medical advice
• is not psychological treatment
• does not replace professional healthcare
You are responsible for decisions related to your health, lifestyle, or wellbeing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
RunArc Labs shall not be liable for:
• indirect or consequential damages
• data loss caused by device failure or uninstall
• interruptions or technical issues beyond our control
The App is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if:
• these Terms are violated
• misuse or abuse is detected
• required by law
You may stop using the App at any time.
13. Privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how data is handled.

Changes become effective when posted inside the App or on our website.
Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
