These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Arrow Mania ("the App"), a mobile puzzle game developed and operated by RunArc Labs Private Limited ("RunArc Labs", "we", "us", or "our").

By downloading, accessing, or using Arrow Mania, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Arrow Mania, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

These Terms apply to all users of the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally permitted to use the App under the laws applicable to you.

If you are under the age required to independently agree to these Terms in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.

3. Use of the App

Arrow Mania is provided for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You must not:

• Use the App for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose.

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App, its servers, systems, or databases.

• Interfere with or disrupt the operation or security of the App.

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of the App except where expressly permitted by applicable law.

• Use automated systems, bots, scripts, or other tools to manipulate gameplay, rankings, rewards, or other features.

• Exploit bugs, vulnerabilities, glitches, or unintended behavior to obtain an unfair advantage or unauthorized rewards.

• Attempt to manipulate or falsify leaderboard scores or other game data.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the App if we reasonably believe that a user has violated these Terms or engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity.

4. Accounts and Cloud Save

Arrow Mania may allow you to use the App without creating a permanent account through an anonymous account.

The App may also provide sign-in options through supported third-party authentication services, including Google and Apple where available.

If you sign in or otherwise use cloud-enabled features, certain game information may be associated with your account and synchronized with our cloud services.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for activity associated with your account.

You must not knowingly share your account credentials or allow another person to use your account in a manner that violates these Terms.

5. Game Progress and Data

Arrow Mania may store information relating to your gameplay, including levels, stars, scores, completion times, coins, lives, hints, settings, and other game-related information.

Some information may be stored locally on your device, while other information may be synchronized to our cloud services when you use supported account and cloud-save functionality.

We do not guarantee that game progress or other game data will always be preserved. Data may occasionally be affected by technical failures, device changes, account issues, service interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

Arrow Mania may provide virtual items or virtual currency, including coins, lives, hints, rewards, or similar game elements.

Virtual items:

• Have no monetary or cash value.

• Cannot be exchanged for real money.

• Cannot be transferred or sold outside the App.

• Do not represent a deposit, account balance, or property interest.

Virtual items are provided solely for use within Arrow Mania.

We may modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue virtual items, rewards, balances, or related features at any time where reasonably necessary for game operation, balancing, security, or other legitimate purposes.

7. Rewards and Advertisements

Arrow Mania may display advertisements provided by third-party advertising services, including Google AdMob.

The App may offer optional rewarded advertisements that provide an in-game benefit after the applicable advertisement has been successfully completed.

Rewards may include an additional life or other in-game benefits offered by the App.

You must not attempt to manipulate, abuse, or fraudulently interact with advertisements or rewarded-ad systems.

Advertisement availability and rewards may vary depending on factors including network connectivity, device, geographic location, advertising demand, and third-party service availability.

Third-party advertisements are provided by third parties, and RunArc Labs is not responsible for the content, availability, accuracy, or practices of third-party advertisements.

Our handling of information associated with advertisements is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Leaderboards

Arrow Mania may provide global leaderboard functionality.

Leaderboard information may include your selected display name, score, ranking, and other game-related information necessary to operate the leaderboard.

You agree not to manipulate scores, exploit vulnerabilities, use unauthorized software, or otherwise interfere with the fairness or integrity of leaderboard rankings.

We may remove, reset, adjust, or invalidate leaderboard entries that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, manipulated, generated through unauthorized methods, or otherwise violate these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

Arrow Mania and all associated content, including but not limited to the game's software, graphics, artwork, user interface, logos, trademarks, sounds, music, animations, puzzles, level designs, text, and other materials, are owned by or licensed to RunArc Labs Private Limited unless otherwise stated.

The App is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law, you may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, sell, license, or create derivative works from any part of Arrow Mania without our prior written permission.

"Arrow Mania" and associated branding are trademarks or proprietary assets of RunArc Labs Private Limited, where applicable.

10. Third-Party Services

Arrow Mania may use third-party services to provide certain functionality, including authentication, cloud storage, advertising, analytics, infrastructure, and other services.

Third-party services may have their own terms, conditions, and privacy policies.

Your use of third-party services may therefore be subject to those third parties' applicable terms and policies.

11. Updates and Changes to the App

We may modify, update, improve, or discontinue any part of Arrow Mania at any time.

Updates may include changes to:

• Gameplay

• Levels

• Features

• Rewards

• Virtual items

• Advertising

• User interface

• Compatibility

• Security

• Performance

We may require you to install an updated version of the App to continue using certain features.

12. Availability of the App

We aim to keep Arrow Mania available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system.

The App may occasionally become unavailable because of maintenance, updates, technical problems, network issues, third-party service interruptions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Arrow Mania is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the App's availability, reliability, accuracy, performance, suitability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

We do not guarantee that the App will be completely free from errors, bugs, security vulnerabilities, or interruptions.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, RunArc Labs Private Limited and its directors, employees, affiliates, contractors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of or inability to use Arrow Mania.

This includes, where permitted by law, loss of data, game progress, virtual items, rewards, business opportunities, or other intangible losses.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.

15. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to Arrow Mania if:

• You violate these Terms.

• You engage in fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, or malicious activity.

• You attempt to manipulate gameplay, rewards, advertisements, or leaderboards.

• Your use of the App creates a security, legal, or operational risk.

• We are required to do so by law or a competent authority.

Where reasonably appropriate, we may provide notice before taking such action.

Termination or suspension does not necessarily affect rights or obligations that arose before termination.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to Arrow Mania, our services, technology, legal requirements, or business practices.

When we make material changes, we may update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document and provide additional notice where appropriate.

Your continued use of Arrow Mania after the updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Subject to applicable law, courts located in India shall have jurisdiction over disputes arising from or relating to these Terms.

18. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be interpreted or modified to the extent necessary to make it enforceable, where permitted by law.

The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies expressly referenced herein, constitute the agreement between you and RunArc Labs regarding your use of Arrow Mania, except where additional terms expressly apply to a particular feature or service.
