Operator: RunArc Labs Private Limited (“RunArc Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

  1. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Arrow Mania mobile application and related services (the “App”) on Android and iOS.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Arrow Mania, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with these Terms, do not use the App.

If you are using the App on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

  1. WHO WE ARE

Arrow Mania is operated by RunArc Labs Private Limited.

  1. THE APP

Arrow Mania is a skill-based puzzle game offered for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Features may include gameplay levels, optional cloud save, a global leaderboard, world-record challenges, and advertisements.

We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue features of the App at any time, including for maintenance, security, legal, or product reasons.

  1. ELIGIBILITY

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law to use the App.

If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms.

The App is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13. See our Privacy Policy for more information.

  1. ACCOUNTS AND CLOUD SAVE

You may play Arrow Mania without creating a named account. The App may use an anonymous authentication identifier to support progress synchronization when cloud features are enabled.

You may optionally sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, on supported devices, to save progress and use cloud-related features. In the App, sign-in is available under:

Settings → Sign In

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your device and sign-in credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account or on your device
• Ensuring that information you provide, such as a public username, is accurate and appropriate

We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe that an account is being used in violation of these Terms, or where necessary to protect the App, players, or our systems.

To request deletion of cloud account data, use:

Settings → Delete Account

  1. VIRTUAL ITEMS AND PROGRESS

The App may include virtual items and progress indicators such as coins, hints, hearts or lives, stars, rankings, and other game-related items.

These items:

• Have no real-world cash value
• Are licensed, not sold, for use only within the App
• Cannot be redeemed for money or transferred outside the App, except where we expressly allow it

We may adjust economy values, rewards, difficulty, or progression for balance, fairness, anti-abuse, or product reasons.

We do not guarantee that any particular score, rank, virtual item, reward, or progression status will remain available indefinitely.

At this time, Arrow Mania is free to download and play and does not offer paid in-app purchases. If paid features are introduced in the future, additional terms may apply and will be disclosed before purchase.

  1. LEADERBOARDS AND PLAYER CONDUCT

The App may display a global leaderboard based on information such as display name and coin totals. Leaderboard standings may change as scores are updated.

The App may also display world-record information for individual levels.

You agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit bugs, or use unauthorized bots, scripts, or modified clients
• Manipulate scores, the in-game economy, or leaderboard rankings unfairly
• Impersonate others or use offensive, abusive, or unlawful display names
• Claim a username that you are not entitled to use or attempt to impersonate another player’s identity
• Attempt to access other players’ accounts or data
• Interfere with or disrupt servers, networks, or other players’ use of the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code except where permitted by applicable law
• Use the App for any illegal purpose

We may reset progress, remove leaderboard entries, or restrict access where we reasonably suspect abuse or violations of these Terms.

  1. ADVERTISEMENTS

The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob on Android and iOS, including interstitial advertisements and optional rewarded advertisements.

Rewarded advertisements may offer an in-game benefit, such as allowing you to continue a level, if you choose to watch them.

You are not required to watch rewarded advertisements to continue playing. Free alternatives, such as Retry, may be available.

Third-party advertisements are subject to the advertisers’ and advertising networks’ own terms and privacy practices.

We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements or for products or services promoted through them.

  1. LICENSE TO USE THE APP

Subject to these Terms, RunArc Labs grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use Arrow Mania on devices that you own or control for personal, non-commercial entertainment.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, or create derivative works from the App, or use our branding, except as permitted by applicable law or with our prior written permission.

  1. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The App, including its software, design, artwork, audio, text, trademarks, and other content, is owned by RunArc Labs or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not transfer any ownership rights to you.

“Arrow Mania”, “RunArc Labs”, and related logos or marks are identifiers of RunArc Labs or its affiliates. You may not use them without permission.

  1. USER CONTENT

If you submit content through the App, such as a public username, you grant RunArc Labs a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, host, and display that content as reasonably necessary to operate the App, including leaderboards and world records.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to provide that content and that it does not violate applicable law or the rights of any third party.

We may remove content that we reasonably believe is unlawful, abusive, or inconsistent with these Terms.

  1. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND STORES

The App depends on third-party services, including Google Firebase / Google Cloud, Google AdMob, Google Sign-In, and Sign in with Apple where available.

Your use of those services may also be subject to their respective terms and conditions.

If you download the App from the Google Play Store or the Apple App Store, the applicable store’s terms and conditions also apply.

The store operator is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for the App, except as required by the store’s rules or applicable law.

  1. PRIVACY

Our collection and use of personal information is described in the Arrow Mania Privacy Policy.

By using the App, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agree to the practices described in that Privacy Policy.

  1. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED ON AN “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” BASIS, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

RUNARC LABS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or free of harmful components, or that cloud save, leaderboards, or advertisements will always be available.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty disclaimers. In those jurisdictions, the disclaimer applies to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RUNARC LABS AND ITS DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROGRESS, GOODWILL, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE APP, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE APP OR THESE TERMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF:

(A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, IF ANY; OR

(B) USD $5.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limitation is prohibited.

  1. INDEMNITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RunArc Labs and its directors, officers, employees, and agents from and against claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of:

• Your misuse of the App
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law
• Your violation of any third-party rights

  1. SUSPENSION AND TERMINATION

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and, if desired, requesting deletion of cloud data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App or cloud features if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the App.

Upon termination, the license granted to you ends.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and indemnity, will survive termination.

  1. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will revise the “Last Updated” date above and may provide additional notice where required.

Continued use of the App after the updated Terms become effective means that you accept the changes, except where additional consent is required by law.

  1. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws in your country of residence require otherwise.

Subject to those mandatory rights, courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, unless applicable law gives you the right to bring claims in your local courts.

  1. GENERAL

• If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.
• Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to enforce it later.
• You may not assign these Terms without our consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
• These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and RunArc Labs regarding the App.
