This page explains how to request deletion of your Arrow Mania account and the data associated with it.

Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once your request has been processed, your account and eligible associated data will be deleted or anonymized as described below.

2. ALTERNATIVE — REQUEST DELETION BY EMAIL

If you are unable to use the account deletion form, you can submit your request by email.

Please include:

• Your Arrow Mania display name, if you have one

• The email address associated with your Google or Apple account, if applicable

• Your sign-in method

• A clear statement that you want your Arrow Mania account and associated data deleted

We may need to verify the request before processing the deletion.

3. WHAT DATA IS DELETED

When your account deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize applicable account and game data that we control, including:

• Your Arrow Mania authentication account

• Cloud-saved game progress

• Level progress

• Stars and best times

• Coins and associated game economy data

• Account profile information, such as your display name

• Your global leaderboard entry

• Other account-associated data that is eligible for deletion

4. DATA THAT MAY REMAIN

Certain information may remain for a limited period where retention is required or permitted for legitimate purposes, including:

• Information required to comply with applicable legal or regulatory obligations

• Information retained for security, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution

• Aggregated or anonymized information that can no longer reasonably be used to identify you

• Information held by third-party service providers according to their own applicable retention policies

5. LOCAL DEVICE DATA

Some Arrow Mania data and preferences may be stored locally on your device.

Account deletion will not necessarily remove every local device setting or preference, such as theme or sound settings.

If applicable, you may remove locally stored application data by uninstalling Arrow Mania or clearing the application's data through your device settings.

6. ACCOUNT DELETION PROCESS

After receiving your request, RunArc Labs may verify that the request belongs to the account owner.

Once verified, we will process the deletion of applicable account and cloud data that we control.

Because deletion may involve multiple systems and third-party services, some information may remain temporarily while deletion or retention processes are completed.

Account deletion cannot be reversed once completed.

7. SIGNING OUT IS NOT ACCOUNT DELETION

Signing out of Arrow Mania only disconnects the account from the device.

Signing out does not delete your Arrow Mania account or cloud-saved data.

If you want your account and associated data permanently deleted, please submit an account deletion request using the form above or contact us by email.
