Operator: RunArc Labs Private Limited (“RunArc Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”)

1. Introduction

RunArc Labs Private Limited operates Arrow Mania (“the App”), a mobile puzzle game available on supported platforms (currently Android; other platforms may be added later).

This Privacy Policy explains what information may be collected when you use Arrow Mania, how we use it, when it may be processed by service providers, and the choices available to you.

By using Arrow Mania, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.

2. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use Arrow Mania, we may collect or receive the following categories of information.

2.1 Account information

Arrow Mania supports anonymous play as well as optional sign-in using Google and, where available, Sign in with Apple.

If you sign in with Google or Apple, we may receive information made available by the authentication provider, such as:

- A unique account identifier

- Email address, where provided or permitted by the provider

- Basic account identity information needed for authentication

We use this information to create and maintain your Arrow Mania account, synchronize game progress, and provide cloud-save features

If you play without signing in, Firebase Authentication may create a unique anonymous account identifier so progress can still sync when cloud features are enabled.

You may also choose a player display name in Settings. That name may appear on the leaderboard.

### 2.2 Game and progress information

When you play, we may store information associated with your game progress, including:

- Levels unlocked or completed

- Stars and best completion times

- Coins / lifetime coins used for ranking

- Hint and other in-game economy activity

- Leaderboard-related score information (display name and lifetime coins)

- Game settings and preferences (for example sound, haptics, theme, notifications preference)

- Other information reasonably necessary to maintain your progress

Progress is stored on your device. If cloud features are enabled and you are authenticated (anonymously or via Google/Apple), progress may also be synced to our cloud backend so you can restore it and appear on the global leaderboard.

2.3 Device, ads, and technical information

Certain technical information may be collected automatically when you use the App, including information such as:

- Device type / model and operating system

- App version

- Device identifiers and advertising identifiers, where applicable

- IP address and general location that may be inferred from an IP address

- Diagnostic information related to ads and SDK operation

- Information about advertisements displayed or interacted with

Some of this information is collected by Google’s Mobile Ads SDK (AdMob) when ads are shown. See Section 5

2.4 Information we do not intentionally collecT

- Precise GPS location

- Your contacts, photos, microphone, or camera content

- Payment card details (Arrow Mania is free; no in-app purchases at this time)

- Friends lists or social-graph data (friends features are not offered in the current version)

- Profile photos for display in the App or on the leaderboard

3. How We Use Information

We may use information collected through Arrow Mania to:

- Provide and operate the game

- Create and maintain user accounts (anonymous or signed-in)

- Authenticate users

- Save and synchronize game progress

- Provide the global leaderboard

- Provide in-game rewards and economy features (for example coins and hints)

- Display interstitial and rewarded advertisements

- Provide personalized or non-personalized advertising, where applicable

- Measure advertising performance

- Detect abuse, fraud, cheating, and unauthorized activity

- Maintain the security and integrity of the App

- Troubleshoot technical problems and improve reliability

- Comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Firebase and Google Cloud Services

Arrow Mania uses Google Firebase / Google Cloud services, which may include:

- Firebase Authentication — anonymous, Google, and (where available) Apple sign-in

- Cloud Firestore — storage of profile, progress, economy, and leaderboard-related data

- Cloud Functions — server-side processing for progress sync, economy operations, and account merge when you upgrade from an anonymous session to a signed-in account

Note: The current version of Arrow Mania does not use Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics.

5. Advertising

Arrow Mania uses Google AdMob to display advertisements, including:

- Interstitial advertisements (shown between levels subject to frequency limits)

- Rewarded advertisements (optional; for example, watch an ad to continue the same board after running out of hearts or time)

Google’s advertising services may collect and process information such as IP address, advertising identifiers, device identifiers, advertising information, diagnostic information, and interactions with advertisements.
Depending on applicable laws, your location, and your choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized.

6. Leaderboards

If you use Arrow Mania’s global leaderboard, certain information may be visible to other signed-in players, such as:

- Display name

- Lifetime coins / score

- Ranking

We do not publicly display your email address, authentication credentials, or private account identifiers on the leaderboard.

7. Sharing of Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Arrow Mania, including providers used for:

- Authentication (Google Sign-In / Sign in with Apple, where available)

- Cloud storage, synchronization, and server processing (Firebase / Google Cloud)

- Advertising (Google AdMob)

- Infrastructure and security

- Legal and regulatory compliance

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to:

- Comply with applicable law

- Respond to lawful requests from authorities

- Protect the rights, property, or safety of RunArc Labs, our users, or others

- Detect or investigate fraud, abuse, or security issues

- Enforce our terms or policies

We do not sell your personal information as a standalone product.

8. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information associated with Arrow Mania. Information transmitted to our services and Google’s services is protected using encryption in transit where supported.

No internet transmission or electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Please protect access to your Google or Apple account.

9. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide Arrow Mania, maintain your account and game progress, operate the leaderboard, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, and enforce our agreements.

Local data remains on your device until you clear app data or uninstall the App.

10. Account and Data Deletion

You may request deletion of your Arrow Mania cloud account data (including associated progress, economy, profile, and leaderboard information that we control).

To request deletion, email contact@runarclabs.com from the email address associated with your Google or Apple sign-in (if any), and include:

- The subject line “Arrow Mania account deletion”

- Your player display name (if set)

- Confirmation that you want your cloud data deleted

When a verified deletion request is processed, we will delete or anonymize applicable account information and associated game data that we control, subject to information we are legally required or legitimately permitted to retain for a limited period (for example, fraud prevention or legal compliance).

You can also sign out of cloud save in the App (**Settings → Save Progress → Sign out**) and/or clear local app storage or uninstall the App to remove device-local data.

11. Children’s Privacy

Arrow Mania is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your country).

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us inappropriately, contact contact@runarclabs.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

12. Your Choices and RighTS

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact contact@runarclabs.com.

You may also:

- Edit your display name in Settings

- Sign out of cloud save in Settings → Save Progress

- Manage ad personalization in your device settings

- Clear local app data or uninstall the App

13. Third-Party Services

Arrow Mania relies on third-party services to provide certain functionality. These may include:

- Google Firebase / Google Cloud — authentication, cloud data storage, and server functions

- Google AdMob — advertisements

- Google Sign-In — optional authentication

- Sign in with Apple — optional authentication on supported platform

These third parties may process information according to their own privacy policies and terms.

14. International Data Processing

Arrow Mania may be used by people in different countries. Information associated with the App may be processed or stored in countries other than the country in which you live, including by Google in the United States and other locations where Google operates.

Where required, we rely on appropriate measures supporting lawful international data transfers and processing.

15. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to Arrow Mania, our services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices. When we make changes, we will update the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Policy and provide additional notice where required.
