This page explains how users can delete their account and associated data from Somira – Calm, Sleep, Focus.
We respect your privacy and provide a simple way to permanently remove your account and personal information.
How to Delete Your Account
You can delete your Somira account using one of the following methods.
Option 1: Delete from the App
Open the Somira – Calm, Sleep, Focus app.
Tap the Profile icon on the Home screen.
Go to Settings.
Select Delete Account.
Confirm your request.
Once confirmed, your account deletion request will be processed.
Option 2: Request Deletion by Email
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by contacting us.
Please send an email to:
support@runarclabs.com
Include the following information:
your registered email address
the subject line “Account Deletion Request - Somira App”
We may request verification to confirm that the request is made by the account owner.
What Happens When Your Account Is Deleted
When your account is deleted:
The following information will be permanently removed from our systems:
account profile information
email address
preferences and settings
listening history and progress data
favorites and saved sessions
any cloud-stored data linked to your account
Once deletion is completed, your account cannot be recovered.
Data Stored on Your Device
Some information may remain on your device until you remove the app, including:
downloaded audio files
locally stored settings
temporary app cache
You can remove this data by uninstalling the app.
Data Retention
In certain situations, limited information may be retained if required for:
legal obligations
fraud prevention
dispute resolution
Any retained data will be kept only as long as necessary for these purposes.
Processing Time
Account deletion requests are typically processed within 7–14 days.
