1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Poison Block ("App").

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Poison Block mobile application and related services operated by RunArc Labs Private Limited ("RunArc Labs," "we," "us," or "our").

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

3. Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

The App is not directed to children under 13 years of age. If you are under the age required to provide valid consent for data processing in your jurisdiction, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian.

By using the App, you represent that you meet these requirements or have obtained appropriate consent.

4. Accounts and Profiles

4.1 Account Types

Certain features — including online multiplayer, leaderboards, trophies, friends, and progress sync — require an account. You may use the App as:

• A guest (anonymous account)

• A linked account by signing in with Google or Apple (where available)

4.2 Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Activity that occurs under your account

• Choosing an appropriate username

• Maintaining the security of your device and linked sign-in credentials

• Ensuring information associated with your account is accurate

We are not responsible for loss of access caused by loss of your device, deletion of the App, or failure to link a guest account before it becomes inaccessible.

4.3 Usernames

Usernames must not be offensive, misleading, impersonating, or otherwise inappropriate. We may change, remove, or reject usernames that violate these Terms or community standards.

We reserve the right to remove, modify, reject, or restrict usernames, profile information, or other user-generated content that violates these Terms, infringes the rights of others, or may negatively affect other users or the App.

4.4 Guest Accounts

Guest accounts may not include an email address and may be harder to recover if you delete the App or change devices. To preserve progress long term, we recommend linking Google or Apple sign-in.

Google, Google Play, and related marks are trademarks of Google LLC. Apple, App Store, and Sign in with Apple are trademarks of Apple Inc. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and policies.

5. License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Poison Block for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms.

You may not:

• Copy, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code

• Create derivative works based on the App

• Use bots, scripts, automation, emulators, or unauthorized tools to play

• Exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities

• Interfere with servers, matchmaking, or other users’ experience

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these restrictions.

6. Gameplay, Progress, and Virtual Items

Poison Block may include gameplay systems such as:

• Levels, XP, tiers, and seasons

• Trophies, badges, and achievements

• Win/loss records, streaks, and statistics

• Leaderboards and rankings

• Online and offline multiplayer modes

6.1 No Real-World Value

All in-game progress and virtual items:

• Have no real-world monetary value

• Cannot be sold, traded, or exchanged for cash or other goods outside the App

• Are licensed to you, not owned by you

6.2 Changes and Resets

We may, at any time and without liability:

• Add, remove, or modify features

• Rebalance XP, trophies, rankings, or rewards

• Reset or adjust seasons, leaderboards, or progression systems

• Correct errors in stats or rankings

We are not obligated to maintain any particular feature, ranking, or reward structure over time.

7. Online Multiplayer

Online gameplay is provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Uninterrupted service

• Matchmaking availability

• Server uptime

• Lag-free or error-free operation

• Compatibility with all devices or networks

We may suspend, limit, or modify online features for maintenance, updates, security, balancing, or technical reasons.

You understand that online matches depend on internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure outside our full control.

8. Social Features

The App may include social features such as:

• Friends lists

• Friend requests

• Game invitations

• Visibility of usernames in lobbies and matches

You agree to use these features respectfully. You may not use them to harass, spam, impersonate, or solicit other users.

We may restrict or disable social features for any user who violates these Terms.

9. Fair Play Policy

To keep Poison Block fair and enjoyable, you must not:

• Cheat or use unauthorized third-party software

• Manipulate match outcomes, matchmaking, or server communication

• Exploit bugs or unintended mechanics for unfair advantage

• Collude with other players to manipulate rankings

• Harass, threaten, abuse, or discriminate against other players

• Attempt to access another user’s account or our systems without authorization

Violations may result in one or more of the following, at our sole discretion:

• Warning or temporary restriction

• Removal from leaderboards

• Reset of stats, trophies, or progression

• Suspension of online access

• Permanent account termination

We are not required to provide advance notice before taking enforcement action in serious cases.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation

• Upload or transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content through usernames or other profile fields

• Disrupt or overload the App or related services

• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems

• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

We may investigate violations and cooperate with law enforcement where required.

11. Leaderboards, Rankings, and Seasons

Leaderboard positions and seasonal rankings are determined by in-game rules and criteria that we establish and may change.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct errors in rankings or displayed stats

• Remove fraudulent, manipulated, or abusive entries

• Reset or archive seasons

• Modify ranking algorithms or eligibility rules

Rankings and rewards are not guaranteed and may change at any time.

12. Advertisements

Poison Block may display advertisements, including:

• Interstitial ads shown during normal use

• Rewarded video ads that you may optionally watch in exchange for in-game benefits (such as bonus XP or similar rewards)

Advertisements may be provided by third parties, including Google AdMob.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party products or services shown in ads

• The content of third-party advertisements

• Any transaction between you and an advertiser

Your interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser, subject to the advertiser’s terms and policies.

Watching rewarded ads is optional unless required to access a specific optional reward you choose to claim.

13. Purchases and Premium Content

The App may offer optional in-app purchases or premium features in the future.

If offered, all purchases will be processed through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store (as applicable) and will be subject to that platform’s terms and refund policies.

Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable through us. Refund requests must be directed to the platform through which the purchase was made.

13.1 Third-Party Platforms

The App may be distributed through the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, or other platforms. Apple, Google, and other platform providers are not responsible for the operation, maintenance, support, or content of the App. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms, policies, and requirements.
