Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Poison Block.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Poison Block mobile application (“App”) operated by RunArc Labs Private Limited (“Company”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Poison Block, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the App.

If you are under the age required by applicable laws in your jurisdiction, you should use the App only with appropriate parental or guardian consent.

Account and Profile

To access certain features, including online multiplayer, leaderboards, and achievements, you may be required to create or use an account.

You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the security of your account

• Keeping your login credentials secure

• Ensuring information associated with your account is accurate

You are responsible for all activity occurring under your account.

License to Use the App

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Poison Block for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.

You may not:

• Copy or distribute the App

• Modify or reverse engineer the App

• Attempt to access source code

• Create derivative works

• Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

• Use automation, bots, or scripts to play the game

Any violation may result in suspension or termination of access.

Gameplay, XP, Levels, Trophies, and Progress

Poison Block may include:

• Levels

• XP

• Tiers

• Achievements

• Trophies

• Rankings

• Leaderboards

• Statistics

These virtual items:

• Have no monetary value

• Cannot be exchanged for real-world currency

• Are licensed, not owned

We reserve the right to modify, rebalance, reset, or discontinue progression systems when necessary.

Online Multiplayer

Online gameplay is provided on a best-effort basis.

We do not guarantee:

• Continuous availability

• Matchmaking availability

• Server uptime

• Error-free operation

We may temporarily suspend multiplayer features for maintenance, updates, or technical issues.

Fair Play Policy

To maintain a fair gaming environment, users must not:

• Cheat

• Exploit bugs

• Use unauthorized software

• Manipulate matchmaking

• Abuse online systems

• Harass other players

• Attempt to gain unfair advantages

Violation may result in:

• Removal from leaderboards

• Reset of progression

• Suspension of online access

• Permanent account termination

User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Violate applicable laws

• Interfere with the App’s operation

• Impersonate another person

• Use offensive, abusive, or inappropriate usernames

• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts or systems

We reserve the right to remove content or restrict access when necessary.

Leaderboards and Rankings

Leaderboard positions are determined using game-specific criteria.

We reserve the right to:

• Correct ranking errors

• Remove fraudulent entries

• Reset rankings

• Modify ranking algorithms

Leaderboard positions are not guaranteed and may change over time.

Advertisements

Poison Block may contain advertisements.

Advertisements may be provided by third-party advertising partners.

We are not responsible for:

• Third-party products or services

• Third-party advertising content

• Transactions with third parties

Any interaction with advertisers is solely between you and the advertiser.

Future Purchases and Premium Content

The App may offer optional purchases in the future.

All purchases, subscriptions, and premium features will be governed by the applicable platform policies, including:

• Apple App Store

• Google Play Store

Unless required by law, purchases are generally non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the App remain the exclusive property of RunArc Labs Private Limited.

This includes:

• Game design

• Artwork

• Audio

• Logos

• Branding

• Characters

• Source code

• User interface

• Achievements and trophy artwork

You may not use our intellectual property without prior written permission.

Updates and Changes

We may release updates that:

• Add features

• Remove features

• Modify gameplay

• Rebalance progression

• Improve security

• Fix bugs

Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of those changes.
