RunArc Labs (“we”, “our”, or “us”) operates the Habit to Ritual mobile application (“App”).

Your habits, routines, reflections, and progress belong to you.
We do not sell user data, run advertising trackers, or monetize personal information.
Most data remains stored locally on your device.

Habit to Ritual primarily operates using on-device storage.

Habits and rituals you create
Habit completion history and streaks
Challenges and guided challenge progress
Tasks and reminders
App preferences:

quiet hours
sounds and haptics
onboarding selections
This information stays on your device unless you enable account sync.
2.2 Account Information (Optional)
If you choose to sign in using:

we may receive:
Email address
Display name (if provided)
Unique account identifier
These are used only to:
identify your account
enable optional data synchronization
restore access across devices
We do not access passwords.
Authentication is securely handled by Google or Apple.
2.3 Synced Cloud Data (When Login Is Enabled)
If account sync is enabled, selected app data may be securely stored using Firebase cloud services.
Synced data may include:
habits and rituals
completion progress
challenge participation
preferences linked to your account
Cloud sync exists only to keep your data available across devices.
2.4 Support & Feedback Information
When you contact support or submit feedback, we may collect:
message content
optional email address
app version
device model
operating system version
optional screenshots you provide
This information is used only to assist you and improve the App.
2.5 Diagnostic Information
The App may collect limited technical diagnostics such as:
crash reports
error logs
These help improve stability and performance.
Diagnostic data does not include your habit content or personal reflections.

save and display your habits and progress

• uninstall the App to remove local data
Account Deletion
If you use account login, you may permanently delete your account and associated synced data:
• from inside App Settings, or
• by contacting support@runarclabs.com
Account deletion removes cloud-stored data permanently.
Regional Rights (GDPR & Similar Laws)
Depending on your region, you may have rights to:
• access your data
• correct information
• delete data
• restrict processing
• request data portability
• object to processing

8. Data Retention
• Local data remains until you delete it or uninstall the App.
• Synced data remains while your account exists.
• Support communications are retained only as long as necessary.
9. Children’s Privacy
Habit to Ritual is not intended for children under 13 years of age.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
If such data is discovered, it will be deleted.
10. International Data Transfers
If you use the App outside your country, information may be processed in other regions where our service providers operate.
We take reasonable steps to protect data according to applicable laws.
11. Subscriptions & Payments
All payments are processed exclusively by:

We do not receive or store payment card details.
12. No Advertising or Tracking
Habit to Ritual:

Updates will be reflected by changing the Last Updated date and, when appropriate, notifying users inside the App.
