Account Deletion Request — Habit to Ritual
At Habit to Ritual, we respect your control over your data.
You may request permanent deletion of your account and associated data at any time.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account
When you submit an account deletion request:
✅ Your account will be permanently deleted
✅ Cloud-synced data will be removed from our servers
✅ Login credentials linked to Google or Apple Sign-In will be revoked
✅ Synced habits, rituals, challenges, and progress data will be erased
⚠️ This action cannot be undone.
What Data Will Be Deleted
The following data will be permanently removed:
• Account identifier (email address)
• Synced habits and rituals
• Streaks and progress history
• Challenges participation
• Tasks created in the app
• Preferences synced to your account
What Data May Remain
Some information may be retained only when legally required:
• Subscription purchase records (handled by Apple App Store or Google Play)
• Support communications (retained temporarily for compliance or dispute resolution)
These records cannot be used to restore your account.
Important Before Deleting
Please ensure:
• You have cancelled any active subscription through Google Play or Apple App Store
• You understand that deletion is permanent
Deleting your account does not automatically cancel subscriptions.
How to Request Account Deletion
Option 1 — From Inside the App (Recommended)
1. Open Habit to Ritual
2. Go to Settings
3. Tap Delete Account
4. Confirm deletion
Option 2 — Request via Email
If you cannot access the app, send an email to:
Include:
• Subject: Account Deletion Request
• Email address used to sign in
• Optional reason (not required)
Processing Time
• Requests are processed within 30 days
• You will receive confirmation once deletion is completed.
