How to request account deletion
To request deletion of your Brain Train account and associated data:
1. Send an email to support@runarclabs.com
2. Use the subject line:
“Account Deletion Request – Brain Train”
3. From the email address you used to sign in (Google or Apple)
Our support team will verify the request and process it within 14 business days.
Data that will be deleted
Upon account deletion, we permanently delete:
• User account identifier (Google / Apple ID reference)
• Gameplay progress and scores
• Preferences and settings
• Subscription status (if applicable)
Data that may be retained
The following data may be retained only where required by law:
• Transaction records (for billing, tax, and audit purposes)
Retention period: As required by applicable laws (up to 7 years).
